  • Who is Great Divide Pet Food?

    Great Divide Pet Food is a raw food supplier in the rocky mountain states and southwest US that delivers via frozen truck routes to designated pickup locations. We sell high quality raw pet food from several suppliers in bulk to help you save money and give you variety of choices.   • Where and how do I pick up my order?

    Your order can be picked up at one of our set locations. We have set these locations to have lots of room for our big FREEZER truck and for many folks to pull up to get their orders. Please be on time so as not to disrupt our driver’s schedule – we have many locations to get to! Our driver will unload all orders for the pickup location, and in many cases will load it into your car for you. You can find the pickup spot closest to you on our Pickup and Distribution page.

  • When is your customer service team available?

    Our team is ready to help you during our regular business hours. Monday-Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm. We try to observe most major holidays. You can contact us via phone with call or text: (719) 310-5953 or send us an email: [email protected]

  • What happens if I miss my pickup time?

    Please do your very best to pick up your order during your scheduled time. If you miss it, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to help you arrange another pickup, but options may be limited.

  • Do you have special holiday hours?

    Yes, occasionally, holidays and other scheduling conflicts might change our regular routes, pickup days and times. Check our schedule regularly to see updates and plan ahead.

  • How should I store raw pet food safely?

    Always keep raw pet food frozen until you’re ready to feed it to your pet. When thawing, use the fridge and a sealed container to stay safe.

  • I have a large group of folks that would like to order by the pallet – can Great Divide Pet Food help us?

    Yes! Contact us to get details on becoming an Ambassador with Great Divide Pet Food where we can get you set up to order products by the full pallet! (You must have a delivery dock to unload the pallet(s) and freight charges will be added to these orders).

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, or secure online payments. Payment is due when you place your order. If you have questions, our customer service team is here to help.
