Great Divide Pet Food is, since it's inception, based on a co-op model. As of today, most of our products are not available for home delivery, because the way we save you money is by having our customers pre-order their raw pet food, ordering in bulk, and then delivering via freezer truck to coordinated pick up locations near you.

You can use the map below to find a pick up location near you. You’ll be able to select a location of your choice on the checkout page or you can set the default pickup location when you register for an account. 

Upcoming Pickup Schedule

Because we function like a large co-op, that means we batch order food from the supplier. All orders must be submitted before the end of the day on the 15th of the month to be included in the following months pick up rotation.

Speaking of pick up rotations, Great Divide Pet Food offers pick up locations spread across the mountain and southwest United States. Colorado Front Range pick ups occur monthly while Colorado I-70 to Grand Junction, Northern Arizona, Utah, Southern Nevada and New Mexico occur every other month.

  • Can I combine points with other offers?

    Yes — points discounts can be stacked with any active promotions or sales.

  • When do my points show up?

    Points are added to your account once your order is completed and payment clears.

  • How do I refer someone?

    We’ll be sending out more details about more ways to earn points – for now just make sure they tell us who sent em!

  • Do my Chub Club points expire?

    Nope. Your points stick around as long as your account is active.

  • I have a large group of folks that would like to order by the pallet – can Great Divide Pet Food help us?

    Yes! Contact us to get details on becoming an Ambassador with Great Divide Pet Food where we can get you set up to order products by the full pallet! (You must have a delivery dock to unload the pallet(s) and freight charges will be added to these orders).

  • I’m not seeing a pickup location near me – do you ship?

    If you are not located near one of our delivery routes we can ship product to areas that are within a 3 day UPS or FED EX Ground service from our location in Southwest Colorado. We do not keep extra inventory on hand other than starter packs so there will be a window of time needed to get the product you want ordered in and then shipped to you. Please contact us directly at [email protected] to receive a quote for a shipping order.

  • Do you have a storefront/retail location?

    Great Divide Pet Food does not have a storefront or retail location – all orders are placed online and then delivered to the scheduled pickup location that you choose. We order into and work out of a large freezer storage facilty that is occupied by several businesses, where we sort large pallet orders and load for specfic routes.

  • Can orders be changed or cancelled after they have been placed?

    In most cases orders CANNOT be modified or cancelled unless the order window is still open for your pick up location. You will have to contact us directly to modify your order once payment has been made. If circumstances prevent you from being able to pick up your order, please contact us directly so that we can arrange to either store your order (for a fee) or find an alternative pick up for you.

  • How much raw food should my pet eat each day?

    Most adult pets should eat about 2.5-3% of their ideal weight in raw food each day, split into two meals. The exact amount depends on age, weight, breed and activity level. Use our feeding calculator to help you find the starting amount to feed for your pet.

  • How do I feed my pet raw food correctly?

    Feeding raw food correctly means giving your pet the right balance of meat, bones, and organs. Great Divide Pet Food gives you options of 100% Thaw N Feed Complete meals down to all the components to DIY ingredients. Plus, coming soon, we will also be providing easy-to-follow guidelines and tips to help keep your pet healthy.

  • How do I get started with raw feeding?

    Getting started is simple! Check out our getting started with feeding raw guide for step-by-step instructions and tips to help your pet switch to raw food smoothly.

  • How should I store raw pet food safely?

    Always keep raw pet food frozen until you’re ready to feed it to your pet. When thawing, use the fridge and a sealed container to stay safe.

  • Do you have special holiday hours?

    Yes, occasionally, holidays and other scheduling conflicts might change our regular routes, pickup days and times. Check our schedule regularly to see updates and plan ahead.

  • When is your customer service team available?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, or secure online payments. Payment is due when you place your order. If you have questions, our customer service team is here to help.

  • What happens if I miss my pickup time?

    Please do your very best to pick up your order during your scheduled time. If you miss it, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to help you arrange another pickup, but options may be limited.

  • How do I find my nearest pickup location?

  • Where and how do I pick up my order?

    Your order can be picked up at one of our set locations. We have set these locations to have lots of room for our big FREEZER truck and for many folks to pull up to get their orders. Please be on time so as not to disrupt our driver’s schedule – we have many locations to get to! Our driver will unload all orders for the pickup location, and in many cases will load it into your car for you. You can find the pickup spot closest to you on our Pickup and Distribution page.

  • How often can I place orders?

    You can place orders regularly, usually once a month or once every other month. (Certain routes run every month, while others are on an every other month schedule). Check the dates and deadlines on our Pickup and Distribution page.

  • Can I order any amount I want?

    Most products MUST be placed in full cases quantities. Each case has a set number of items, making it easy for us to offer low prices. Prices shown are per item inside the case. We do offer a limited number of products to be purchased by the single item or partial/mixed cases – you will notice pricing is higher on these items due to us having to break cases, repackage, relabel and store the remainder – our goal is to keep pricing affordable and we help do that by cutting sort and load time and by not keeping a large inventory.

  • What is a “Starter Pack”?

    Starter Packs are smaller sets with a variety of raw food made especially for pets and their owners new to raw feeding. They’re great for testing out raw food without needing to buy a large amount. They are set products and cannot be customized. You can learn more about them here: Starter and Sampler Packs.

  • Do you sell individual items or only bulk orders?

    We mainly sell bulk orders to keep prices low. We sell a limited number of individual items, however these items are priced higher due to having to break cases, repackage, relabel and store remaining product. We also offer Starter Packs, which allow new customers try a variety of raw pet food before buying larger quantities.
