2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use our Site or purchase products.

4. Orders, Delivery Windows & Fulfillment
Great Divide Pet Food operates on a modern co-op fulfillment model. Orders may be fulfilled through:
- Local pickup at scheduled pickup events
- Delivery during designated delivery windows
- Occasional shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers as needed
Delivery windows, pickup times, and product availability may vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for retrieving your orders within the designated window to prevent spoilage.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order.
5. Pricing & Changes
All prices listed on the Site are subject to change with or without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
6. Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
A. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by you.
B. Managing Your Subscription
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account.
C. Order Cutoff Window
All subscription changes (including cancellations) must be made before 10:00 PM Mountain Time on the 15th of the month preceding fulfillment. Changes made after the cutoff may apply to the next cycle instead.
D. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we may:
- Retry the payment
- Pause or cancel your subscription
- Decline to fulfill the upcoming cycle
E. Pricing Changes
Subscription prices may change with or without notice.
7. Loyalty and Rewards Programs
Participation in loyalty, rewards, or referral programs is optional. Program rules, benefits, point values, or eligibility criteria may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
8. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of raw pet food, refunds and returns follow this policy:
Returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if the product is returned unopened, in all original packaging, and has never been allowed to thaw.
Should there ever be any recalled product that was purchased from Great Divide Pet Food, any remaining recalled product will be refunded to you or credit given to use on future purchases.
Items that cannot be returned/exchanged or refunded include:
- Gift cards
- Supplements
- Any product that has an expiration date less than 6 months in the future
- Sale or discontinued items
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive defective or damaged items from Great Divide Pet Food, you must notify us within 1 business day of delivery/pick-up of said item(s).
Shipping refunds/exchanges are also only made on a case-by-case basis and will require you to contact us within four (4) hours of delivery by UPS or FedEx to be considered.

9. Raw Feeding, Safety & Storage Disclaimer
Raw pet food requires safe handling, storage, and feeding practices. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are responsible for preventing cross-contamination.
- You understand that improper handling may pose health risks to pets or humans.
- You assume all risks associated with feeding raw or minimally processed animal products to your pets.
We are not liable for improper storage, handling, or feeding of raw pet food once it has been delivered or picked up.

All information provided—on our Site, in marketing materials, via SMS/email, through educational content, or through customer support—is for informational purposes only.
