Due to the perishable nature of the products we offer, returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if the product is returned un-opened, in all original packaging and has never been allowed to thaw.
Should there ever be any recalled product that was purchased from Great Divide Pet Food, any remaining recalled product will be refunded to you or credit given to use on future purchases.
Items that CANNOT, under any circumstance, be returned/exchanged or refunded include:
- Gift cards
- Supplements
- Any product that has an expiration date less than 6 months in the future
- Sale or discontinued Items
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive defective or damaged items from Great Divide Pet Food, you MUST notify us within 1 business day of delivery/pick-up of said item(s).
Shipping refunds/exchanges are also only made on a case-by-case basis and will require you to contact us within four (4) hours of delivery by UPS or FED-EX to be considered.
